This policy explains how Ozols DU SIA processes personal data submitted through this website.
Controller
The data controller is Ozols DU SIA, reg. no. 41203059358, address: Talsu novads, Laucienes pagasts, "Pūpoliņi", LV-3285. For questions about personal data, write to info@ozolsdu.lv.
What data we process
When you send the contact form, we receive and store:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address;
- the selected service (if provided);
- the text of your message;
- the time the form was sent and the website language.
- the cadastral number (if provided);
If you apply for a vacancy, we also receive your first and last name, phone number, email address and the selected vacancy. We use them only for recruitment and delete them within a reasonable time after the selection ends.
We do not ask for any other data. For spam protection, an encrypted identifier created from your IP address is kept for no longer than one hour (the IP address itself is not stored in plain form).
The hosting provider's server may briefly log technical requests (for example, the IP address) to keep the website secure and running.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and contact you about cooperation. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to them and, if cooperation begins, until it ends and for the periods required by law. If no cooperation follows, we delete the data within a reasonable time after the correspondence ends. You may also request deletion at any time.
Who receives the data
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. It is accessible only to our staff and to the service providers needed to run the website (hosting and email), who process it on our behalf. We do not plan to transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct your data;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing);
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
To exercise your rights, write to info@ozolsdu.lv.
